CERVIA GUSTA LIBRO
14 December, 2020 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Cervia Gusta Libro is the review conceived by Letizia Magnani..
It takes place under the Torre San Michele in Cervia, in the place now suited not only to hospitality, but also to the story of sea and land, a stone’s throw from the canal port, which for centuries has been a hinge between the two cultures of the city, that of salt and salt workers and that of the sea linked to the fishing stories of sailors.
This year comes the 5th edition of the format, which offers a new value to the city through the themes of food and wine. A very interesting topic for everyone, especially for our welcome guests in the Hotel.
Cervia Gusta Libro will have three evenings with special guests, such as pastry chefs, expert journalists on nutrition and other issues related to it. All animated by a real village dedicated to street food and a special market.
