The Sapore di Sale (Flavor of Salt) project
Sapore di Sale is a cultural and enogastronomic event that focuses on the sweet salt of Cervia, the white gold that has always been associated with life, history and the identity of the city.
Salt is the protagonist in its historical, cultural, culinary, environmental and health declinations.
The most characteristic and traditional event of the event is the historical re-enactment of the Armesa de sel, the distribution of Cervia’s salt to the population, after the arrival of the burchiella at the Piazzale dei Salinari dock in the Magazzini del Sale Darsena.
