BEING ARTIST WITH THE PROFESSOR AND PAINTER Mauro Pipani WORKSHOP of painting techniques held by the contemporary artist Mauro Pipani at his studio laboratory
You can follow an authentic academic lesson where, under the supervision of the teacher, you will create a complete work that can remain in your possession at the end of the day. The 5-hour workshop involves the painting approach with some traditional techniques of pencil, ink, water colour and acrylics. The lesson will begin the morning with a theoretical and knowledge section and it will end with aon hour of lessond to learn the practical technique.
Mauro Pipani was born in Cesenatico in ’53 and lives and works in Cesena and Verona. He is currently a professor of pictorial and painting techniques at the Academy of Fine Arts in Verona. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna and boasts a decades-long activity between painting, photography and design, which has seen him now long participate in various personal and collective exhibitions of national and international importance.
Pipani’s works are characterized by a stratification of materials (gauze, fabrics, papers, metal fragments, resins and glues, etc.) and are inspired by an inner world that with strength and lightness create images and transmit memories and narrations.
Tour Details:
- Pick up at Hotel 9.00 a.m.
- Arrival in Cesena, meeting with the Artist and starting with lesson.
- Lunch on the porch with panoramic views of the Cesena hills, based on typical Romagna food.
- End of lesson.
- Back to Hotel.
