Regulations

(extract from the “Customs and Traditions” of the Municipality of Cervia).

In the event of cancellation of your stay, the deposit will not be refunded or adjusted. Rooms are available to guests from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. The board rate will therefore commence with lunch on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. The full-board rate applies to stays of NOT less than three days. For stays of less than three days, “à la carte” rates apply (room rate + meal prices).

Arrivals at different times must be agreed with the management at the time of booking.

Should the Guest be delayed in checking into the room (late arrival), they must notify the hotelier, who, in such cases, is obliged to keep the room available whilst charging the Guest the room rate for the days during which the room remains unoccupied. Unless otherwise agreed, a late check-in does not entitle the guest to extend their stay beyond the date specified in the booking. If the booked room is not occupied by the Guest (no-show), without prior notice from the Guest, by 6.00 pm on the scheduled day of arrival, the room shall be deemed vacant and the booking cancelled.
