REGULATION

In case of cancellation of the stay, the deposit will not be returned / modified. The room is available to customers from 12 noon on the day of arrival and must be kindly vacated by 10am on the day of departure. The board price will therefore start from lunch on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. The full board price is applied for periods NOT shorter than three days. For periods of less than three days, “à la carte” prices are applied (room price + meal prices).

Arrivals at different times must be agreed with the Management at the time of booking.

Should the Customer be late in occupying the room (late arrival), he must notify the hotelier who, in this case, is obliged to keep the room available by charging the Customer the price of the same for the days of non-occupation. Late occupancy does not entitle the customer, unless otherwise agreed, to extend the stay beyond the deadline established by the booking. If the booked room is not occupied by the customer (no arrival), without prior notice, by 6.00 pm on the day of the expected arrival, the room is considered free and the reservation canceled.
