During the season it often happens that the guests of the hotel ask us for our traditional recipes of some particular dishes. This is why we decided to create a space to share our tradition with you. As I write the recipes, I remember those beautiful moments when I was a child and I helped my grandmother prepare lunch for the family. We closed the “cappelletti”, we prepared the “strozzapreti” with our hands, we kneaded ingredients and used the rolling pin.
